As Vice President of Legal Affairs and Project Manager, Elizabeth brings a broad range of broadcast, corporate and FCC regulatory legal experience to BMT. Prior to joining BMT, Elizabeth was Counsel with Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP in Washington, D.C. She represented commercial and noncommercial radio and television broadcasters in the sales and acquisitions of broadcast stations and in all aspects of FCC administration and regulatory matters. Elizabeth has added value to clients in their transactions, as well as provided strategic FCC guidance in connection with debt and equity issuances, fund formation, lender transactions and SEC regulated offerings and filings.
Elizabeth began her career as a communications associate with Arter & Hadden LLP. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas and her J.D. from George Washington University School of Law. Elizabeth currently is serving as an officer on the national board of American Women in Radio & Television and is a member of the Federal Communications Bar Association. |
