As CEO, Gary brings over 25 years of corporate finance, mergers/acquisitions and emerging technologies experience to BMT. Prior to joining BMT, Gary was a management committee partner in a major international law firm, where his responsibilities included chairing the firm’s technology transactions practice as well as serving on the firm-wide strategic planning and compensation committees. Gary has served on the board of directors and/or advisory boards of various public and privately held corporations and has over two decades of experience in media, technology, telecommunications and broadcasting.
Gary is an honors graduate of the Vanderbilt University School of Law, and a frequent speaker and panellist at technology and broadcast industry events. Gary is the author and co-author, respectively, of two best-selling business texts, Due Diligence In Business Transactions and Representing High Tech Companies. |
